Registration

Registration to the conference through the online registration system opens on March 13 and will be possible until April 3, 2023 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

In-person conference. No hybrid or online format.

FEES

- 90€ for PhD student
- 180€ for faculty, post-doctoral fellow and professional

The registration fee includes:
- admission to all scientific sessions
- conference material (badge, program, etc.)
- coffee breaks and lunches
- dinner

All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

PAYMENT

The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment.

CANCELLATIONS

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

- Cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test or sanitary constraints imposed by the French or your local government, up to May 12: 100% refund (proof requested)
